4 Congregational Meeting
There will be a special Congregational Meeting following each service on May 4th to vote on entering a
contract to have plans drawn
up for renovating the kitchen.

Lunch is provided. General cleaning, site set-up and maintenance.

Coffee
& Cookie Fellowship
Coffee & Cookie Fellowship between worship services on Sunday
mornings has been enjoyed by many! However, we need more hosts to help
share the duties of setup, cleanup and providing the goodies. Anyone
interested—committees, ministry teams, WELCA groups, families or
individuals—check the signup sheet, posted above the drinking fountain

MOTHER’S DAY FLOWER
DELIVERY
Volunteers & Vehicles Needed!
We will be delivering flowers once again for Mother’s Day for
two of the Dillon stores. Immanuel church council designated the money
for the 2009 youth gathering in New Orleans. Del Herbel is putting
together the schedule for the Ohio St. Dillon store which is delivering
flowers Thursday through Sunday. Pastor is working on the schedule for
the Crawford St. Dillon store which is delivering Friday through
Sunday. The Sunday deliveries are very light with around 10 or so
deliveries in the afternoon according to previous years. If you can
help with delivering flowers or donating your vehicle, please see the
sign-up sheet on the bulletin board. If you have questions, please

or Del Herbel.

Summer
Worship Schedule: June-August
Sunday mornings: 10 am.;
Wednesday evenings: 7:30 pm.
Mission Road will lead worship from the front.
We will have 1 family and 1 youth event each month
The Sunday morning worship will follow the current schedule of Mission
Road and traditional type worship. The Wednesday evening service will
be a contemporary service which means weneed your help. We are looking
for two teams of worship music leaders to provide the music for our
worship. If you play an instrument or sing and are willing to share
your gifts with us, please contact the church immediately. With two
teams, each team would trade off leading music every other week.
Our first Wednesday service will be June 4th and we will kick it off
with a fish fry. We invite you to join us for food, fellowship and
worship.
